Books came today… I expected it would be good… but its gooder! 😉

An amazing effort by all involved and has increased my respect for KRM immensely.

Excellent balance of text vs illustrations/photos.

Books have arrived safe and sound.  Thank your Dad for me – it’s an outstanding piece of work and I will be recommending to others.

I’m sure you will be inundated with responses but felt compelled to add my two-bobs worth.
As an avid student of Aviation History (mostly piston engines) I had resigned myself to the belief that I would learn no more of CAC history than contained in the book Wirraway to Hornet and from my collection of CAC publications and a few relevant RAAF manuals: Wirraway and Boomerang and the Ceres book.
Am delighted with the epic work of KRM.  He could have written a fascinating biography of his own career.  The country owes him a debt of gratitude for compiling THE history of CAC.  Like vol.1 the depth of research astounds me and I must add I fully agree with his views regarding the bureaucracy/government.

Received my copies a couple of days ago. Absolutely superb. Worth every cent.
